9. Payments

9.2 Billing Errors
Customers must notify us of billing errors within 16 days of receipt. After this period, invoices are considered accurate.
9.3 Payment Methods
Payments may be processed via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other methods we provide. Failed payments may be retried or split across multiple transactions to settle the balance.
9.4 Service Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested at least 6 days before the next billing cycle. Prepaid services are non-refundable. Outstanding charges must be settled prior to cancellation.
10. Affiliate Program
Affiliates earn a commission on referred sales, subject to a maturation period.
Commissions are void if referred services are refunded, canceled, or terminated during this period.
Affiliates must follow all promotional rules; self-referrals are prohibited.
Non-compliance may result in suspension or loss of affiliate earnings.
11. Service Usage Policies
Storage: Limited to content directly related to your account and within fair usage. Excessive or unrelated data may be removed.
Backups: Only server-related backups are allowed. Excessive or unrelated backups may be restricted.
No CPU Power Abuse: CPU resources are intended for normal server operations. Any attempt to intentionally overload or abuse CPU resources may result in restrictions or termination of services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under these laws without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
